Personal experience today-
Today began heavy for me. I woke up carrying anger, deep resentment, and a heaviness in my chest—feelings I thought I had already released. But under this intense retrograde energy, the universe reminded me: healing is not a straight line. It’s a spiral. And even The Empress must revisit her own wounds sometimes.
I felt withdrawn, disconnected… but I chose to face it.
I created a sacred healing bath, infused with herbs, intention, and silence. I surrounded myself with music, letting the vibrations crack open the emotional armor I had built. Tears came. Memories resurfaced—especially of past relationships that still live in my shadow. But I did not run. I honored them, and I released a layer of pain I no longer need to carry.
In that space of surrender, I pulled a card from my Angel Oracle deck to ask: Who walks with me today?
And the answer was clear—Archangel Sandalphon. The angel of music, emotional healing, and soul remembrance.
